Terms & Conditions
Upon subscribing, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. The application form must be completed in CAPITAL LETTERS and English language.
2. Any requested and/or supporting documentation(s) provided in any other language(s) must be accompanied by certified translations and signed by the translator.
3. Whenever there is a change in any personal vital information supplied in this form, the subscriber shall notify the company as soon as possible with verifiable evidence.
4. Confirmation of payment validates your subscription.
5. I/We understand that the duration of payment shall be as chosen on the subscription form and monthly instalments shall be made on/or before month-end.
6. I/We understand that there will be no REFUND of any payment made.
7. I/We understand that any default in payment shall attract a 20% default charge on the monthly instalment within the agreed duration of payment.
8. I/We understand that my/our inability or failure to pay for 6 months consecutively means that the total agreed payment will be reviewed and subject to the prevailing market price at that time.
9. There shall be no conversion of any amount paid in buying any of our other products.
10. I/We understand that reducing the subscribed number of plots after this transaction has been initiated is unacceptable.
11. I/we agree to be available for allocation or send a representative once a date is communicated, after full payment for land and allocation fee (Note: Allocation Fee Payment only applies to clients who are not expected to pay developmental levy).
12. I/We agree to take physical possession of the allotted plot(s) upon physical allocation. The minimum requirement is clearing and erecting a 7-coach or foundation on the allotted plot(s). Issuance of Legal Deed and Individual Survey (For Subscribers who pay documentation fee) shall be subject to physical possession of allotted plot(s).
13. I/We understand that processing of Legal Deed (For Subscribers who are expected to pay for the Deed only and process their survey on their own) shall be subject to payment completion for the Deed, Submission of Survey and Physical possession of the allotted plot(s).
14. I/We understand that all payments shall be made into our designated bank account in cash, cheque/draft on/or before the last day of each month.

15. I/We understand that only payment(s) accompanied with proof(s) of deposit/transfer will get acknowledgement.
